One of the most unique things about being a wedding photographer in Hong Kong is the diversity of cultures that I have the privilege of photographing on any given wedding day. Anne and Ezra, for example, live together in China's Guangdong Province but to me they are both distinctly American. My impression could stem from the fact that they both met at a small liberal arts college, or it could be Anne's bubbly energy or Ezra's sarcastic and perhaps slightly irreverent sense of humor - but whatever doubt I had about their cultural identities was put to rest during their first dance medley when their sweet and tender slow dance broke out into a straight up Fresh Prince remake/Sugar Hill Gang dance battle. Definitely American!
Anne and Ezra's wedding took place at the Hong Kong Country Club - the day had hints of Western, German and Korean wedding traditions.
